14 snippets from the #BASED producer from Seattle, Keyboard Kid.  Straight off of his BASEDINTHERAIN soundlcoud account, we get tastes from the TREE GOD aka THE WATER PROPHET aka THE WATER GOD.  Every once in a while, KBK puts out a large amount of snippets for potential artists to skate over, and I like to put them all together into a digestible compilation.   

You’ll hear 1) minimalist airiness fluctuating the pressure in your eardrums, 2) clanging hollows whipping around screeching synths, 3) jumping gun claps turnt up and #BASED with shines, 4) unsatisfied  piano keys aching for a voice, 5) hi-hats attacking  a melodious flight of swelling keyboard synths, 6) tramping sadness lead by string whines, 7) epic gear-shifting clangs over ever-widening drums, 8) bubbling synths plucking an angrily humming bass, 9) drop-heavy sadness from the depths of a woman’s plea for the rain to stop, 10) a saran-wrapped suffocation by sharply-cutt drums, 11) pangs crashing the waves of a vinyl wash prickling a distant hum, 12) a darkly-held slowness haunting rapid-fire keyboard rips, 13) a trunk-rattling trap house filled with viperous snares, and finally, 14) a religious sermon held together by an organ reaching for flattening drums.
